Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team, providing essential support to adults in the community in Falkirk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled therapist who is passionate about empowering individuals to maintain independence and improve their quality of life. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalised care plans, and provide interventions that promote health, well-being, and functional independence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in their home and community environments
  • Develop and implement person-centred rehabilitation and intervention plans
  • Provide advice and support on daily living activities, adaptive equipment, and home modifications
  • Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of service users, adjusting interventions as required
  • Offer emotional support and guidance, helping individuals adjust to physical or cognitive changes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with relevant health and social care standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist
  • HCPC registered
  • Car driver
