Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in the Western Isles, Scotland working within a community rehabilitation caseload. The role involves working within community settings, supporting patients with a range of physical and functional needs. You will focus on rehabilitation, promoting independence, and supporting safe discharge and community living.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a community rehabilitation caseload
Complete functional assessments within patients’ homes and community settings
Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
Support discharge planning and community reablement
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and external services
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience working within occupational therapy, ideally in community or rehabilitation settings
Ability to work independently in community environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence preferred
