Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in East London working within assistive technology. This is a great opportunity to support individuals in maintaining independence through specialist equipment and technology solutions. The role involves providing clinical assessment and advice on assistive technology and equipment. You will work with patients, families, and professionals to ensure appropriate provision, supporting independence and safety in the community.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload requiring assistive technology and equipment provision
Complete functional assessments and identify appropriate solutions
Provide clinical reasoning and recommendations for equipment use
Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals
Support training and guidance for service users and staff
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience in occupational therapy, ideally within community or equipment services
Knowledge of assistive technology and equipment provision
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and organisational skills
