Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team, providing essential support to adults in the community in Falkirk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled therapist who is passionate about empowering individuals to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Job Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in their home and community environments
Develop and implement person-centred rehabilitation and intervention plans
Provide advice and support on daily living activities, adaptive equipment, and home modifications
Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support
Monitor and evaluate the progress of service users, adjusting interventions as required
Offer emotional support and guidance, helping individuals adjust to physical or cognitive changes
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with relevant health and social care standards

Requirements

Qualified Occupational Therapist
HCPC registered
Car driver
