Job Description:

Rainbow Care Solutions are recruiting a part-time HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist to support our D2A Reablement Service across Hereford and the surrounding areas. This is a 20-hour/week, 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in May 2026, focused on supporting our clients to safely regain independence using a "dong with, not doing for" approach.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting functional assessments
Contributing to therapy-led plans
MDT Working
Creating clear documentation and recommendations
Supporting overall service improvement

Requirements:

A valid HCPC registration
A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
