Are you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding locum role in East Cheshire? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility! Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients within an Intermediate Care Team, focusing on bed-based and general rehabilitation.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working in intermediate care, rehabilitation, or bed-based services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
