Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in Berkshire working with a paediatric caseload of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is a great opportunity to support children in developing independence and functional skills. The role involves working with children with ASD, focusing on sensory processing, functional development, and participation in daily activities. You will work closely with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised interventions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a paediatric caseload of children with ASD
Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
Work collaboratively with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team
Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and daily functioning
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience working within paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with ASD
Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and organisational skills
