Occupational Therapist

• Develops, implements, and evaluates individually designed programs of intervention
• Provides related assistive technology, educational, vocational, and recreational recommendations for children and youth with physical disabilities and/or neurodiverse needs
• Help children and youth meet developmental milestones, minimize physical and sensory challenges, and improve success in self-care, play, self-regulation, and community participation

• Successful completion of an entry-to-practice occupational therapy program
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Clear Criminal Record Review
• Ability to use standard office and communication technologies and learn new applications
• Physical ability to meet job requirements
• Class 5 driver's license, clear driver's abstract and daily access to and use of vehicle

Prior experience in pediatric OT service delivery and supervision of a Rehabilitation or Therapy Assistant
