Job Description:

Baptist Medical Center hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Baptist Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic. We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist with our team. This part-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses
Works with multidisciplinary team care
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease
Oversee support staff
Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities
Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
CHT preferred
Experience with Post-Operative Orthopedic Care
General outpatient rehab experience
Splinting Experience
Orthopedics
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
At least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics

Nice to have:

Master's Degree
