Job Description:

Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with neurological conditions.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Requirements:

A current and valid HCPC registration
At least 3 years’ experience working with neurological conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
