Job Description

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist for the adult outpatient rehab services department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Part-Time Day shift position. The Occupational Therapist will support the We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This part-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general pelvic health care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics. This position requires a candidate with previous experience working in an outpatient rehab setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses
  • Extensive patient/family education
  • Works with multidisciplinary team care
  • In-services physicians and hospital staff

Requirements

  • At least one year of Occupational Therapy experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred
  • At least one year of pelvic health patient care is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
