Job Responsibility

Assist in the delivery of psychological assessments under the supervision of a qualified psychologist
Support Qualified Psychologists and Occupational Therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions, both 1:1 and in group settings
Plan and facilitate structured, recovery-focused activities that promote independence and social inclusion
Help individuals apply therapeutic skills into their daily lives, supporting long-term outcomes
Contribute to care planning, risk management, and ongoing reviews of service users' progress
Maintain accurate and professional clinical records and reports
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including attending meetings and sharing progress updates
Support positive behaviour approaches and promote person-centred, strengths-based care
