Job Responsibility:
Work at the Health Center located in the Communication Center within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen
Join a local team of 4-6 doctors and nurses providing occupational health care, basic medical care, primary emergency care, expat and travel management
Active membership of the Hungarian Medical Chamber (MOK)
Participating in development and implementation of prevention, workplace health promotion, vaccination campaigns and medical crisis management, according to legal requirements and BMW Group standards at Plant Debrecen
Ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date knowledge in legal health and occupational health regulations
Maintaining a continuous contact with external service partners
Participating in establishment of the Permanent Health Service for the Plant Debrecen, including support of activities to set up the necessary facilities, structures and processes
Supporting internal and external OHS audits
Collaboration with the BMW Group International health management and participation in BMW Group international health campaigns
Requirements:
Successful completion of human medicine degree in Hungary
Board certification in occupational medicine is a must
Optional 2nd specialization in General Practitioner and/or Emergency medicine
Experience in occupational medicine and additionally as clinical doctor, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience in emergency medicine
Practical experience in projects for public health, workplace health promotion, prevention or ergonomics is an advantage
Willing to work on-site during regular business hours
Fluent in both English and Hungarian, in writing and speaking
Driving licence (car)
Nice to have:
