Job Description:

To support the Senior Occupational Health Technical Administrator with the day-to-day administrative activities. This will predominantly focus on support to the pre-placement and follow up activities associated with the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Senior Occupational Health Technical Administrator with day-to-day administrative activities
  • Focus on support to the pre-placement and follow up activities associated with the business
  • Deliver designated packages of work to agreed standards and timescales
  • Set timely schedules for the Occupational Health professionals
  • Ensure Occupational Health professionals have all the correct documentation to support their activities
  • Deliver outputs to customers within a limited time frame
  • Support in maintaining the currency of the Occupational Health database
  • Support other areas of the team in additional administrative tasks as required
  • Provide administrative cover across a range of duties in Occupational Health on occasion

Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade 5 Maths and English
  • Office administration background in a customer facing role
  • Good working knowledge of MS packages
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Can follow written instructions

Nice to have:

Prior experience of working in a medical confidentiality background
