P&G Health Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Health Nurse to provide comprehensive health services and promote wellbeing for our employees in PGHL Corporate office, Mumbai and sales workforce disbursed across India. This role focuses on promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our workforce, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting health assessments and providing primary care for work-related injuries and illnesses, adhering to established medical testing protocols
Developing, implementing, and evaluating occupational health programs to promote employee well-being and prevent workplace hazards
Agile learner who can understand and support business by designing - driving impactful employee engagement initiatives
Collaborating with management and safety teams on Hazard Recognition and risk assessment to create a safer work environment
Leading and participating in Disaster Preparedness and Disaster Management initiatives, including developing and implementing emergency response plans
Providing Empathic Communication and counseling to employees regarding health concerns, work-related stress, and return-to-work programs
Ensuring compliance with all relevant Occupational Health Law and regulations, maintaining accurate and confidential medical records
Applying advanced Occupational health practice principles to guide decision-making and service delivery
Contributing to enhanced Health and Productivity through proactive health promotion and preventative measures
Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong Teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve shared goals
Utilizing in-depth Medical Terminology to accurately document and communicate health information
Requirements:
BSc Nursing or GNM nursing with an active/valid license/registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council
At least 2 years of prior work experience in an occupational health setting or industrial health center
Demonstrated proficiency in Commercial Acumen and understanding of its application in a corporate health setting
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Disaster Management and Disaster Preparedness
Exceptional Empathic Communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of Hazard Recognition and risk assessment principles
Track record of contributing to Health and Productivity improvements
Proficient in Medical Terminology and experience with Medical Testing procedures
In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health Law and regulations
Expertise in current Occupational health practice standards and guidelines
Ability to identify and implement strategies for Operational Efficiency within health services
Excellent Teamwork and collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
Candidates with a post graduate certificate/diploma/degree in healthcare management would be preferred
