You will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and updating space data and using this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio in a designated region.

Fostering critical relationships between various individuals and organizations
Ensuring coordination and collaboration among various business units
Planning strategies that drive construction projects and support their implementation
Conducting regular facility audits
Monthly reporting
Periodic data audits
Tracking and managing utilization data and trends
Gathering space and adjacency requirements
Updating space layouts
Developing space planning and block diagrams
Planning and managing portfolios
Maximizing space
Assisting clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves
Using various forms of qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand
Getting familiar with space utilization methods and the presentation of utilization data
Working closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections
Tracking and reporting actual seat demand at the group level
Requirements:
Critical thinking skill sets
Skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations)
Understanding of floorplans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint Presentations
