This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution to ensure our spaces support business growth, employee well-being, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement long-term occupancy strategies aligned with business growth and talent needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast headcount and space demand
Conduct portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for space optimization, consolidation, or expansion
Create block and stack plans to allocate space based on team adjacency and functional requirements
Prepare test fits and layout drawings using AutoCAD to evaluate feasibility of space changes
Manage workspace requests including new hires, team expansions, and relocations
Maintain accurate occupancy data in CAFM/IWMS systems
Generate reports and dashboards on space utilization, vacancy, and occupancy metrics
Develop move plans and coordinate internal relocations and restacks
Partner with Facilities, IT, and vendors to execute changes with minimal disruption
Educate stakeholders on space policies and standards
Serve as a subject matter expert for business units regarding occupancy needs
Facilitate discussions, present findings, and gain alignment on proposed solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
5–10 years of experience in occupancy planning or corporate real estate
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, Tririga), Power BI, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Familiarity with office furniture systems and collaborative workplace design
