Join a reputable inpatient facility in Spokane, Washington, as an Obstetrics provider dedicated to essential weekend coverage. This locum tenens opportunity involves in-house call duties providing comprehensive obstetric care, including routine and complicated deliveries. Engage in this rewarding role starting August 14, 2026, with shifts scheduled for weekends, offering flexibility in preferred 48-hour blocks.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide inpatient obstetric care and handle deliveries, including high-risk cases
  • Interpret fetal heart rate patterns accurately
  • Perform and manage routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal and C-section deliveries
  • Conduct surgical gynecology procedures as required

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active medical license or eligibility through IMLC
  • DEA certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with high-risk pregnancies is preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-risk pregnancies is preferred
  • Experience with laparoscopic surgical techniques preferred
