Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive healthcare for women across all stages of life
Conduct gynecological exams, ultrasounds and other diagnostic procedures
Perform surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries (depending on scope of practice)
Diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions
Provide counseling on reproductive health, contraception and family planning
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians and neonatologists, for optimal patient care

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
Residency training program in obstetrics and gynecology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the AOA
Active and unrestricted medical license in Arkansas
At least one year of experience providing obstetric and gynecological care in a clinical or hospital setting
In-depth knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology, including pregnancy, childbirth and women's health conditions
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical proficiency in performing gynecological exams, ultrasounds and surgical procedures
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for surgical procedures
