Job Description:

OBGYN Call Coverage Needed on PRN Dates. Can you help at a site in Dixon, IL on March 26th through April 3rd and May 27th through June 1st?

Job Responsibility:

  • Coverage Dates: March 26 8a- April 3 8a, May 27 8a - June 1 8a
  • 24-hour call is 8a-8a
  • Some days will have clinic within the 24-hour shift
  • 20-30 deliveries per month
  • EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

  • Active IL license
  • Board Certified
  • DEA & CSR licenses
  • ACLS & BLS

  • Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the AOA
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Oregon
  • Certifications: BLS
  • At least one year of experience providing obstetric and gynecological care in a clinical or hospital setting

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare for women across all stages of life
  • Conduct gynecological exams, ultrasounds and other diagnostic procedures
  • Perform surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries (depending on scope of practice)
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions
  • Provide counseling on reproductive health, contraception and family planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians and neonatologists, for optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing education
