They implement medical procedures, adhere to protocols, and supervise staff. Job Responsibility:
Implement gynaecological and obstetric procedures to improve women’s reproductive health and reduce risks during pregnancy, delivery, and neonatology
Provide healthcare related to gynaecology and obstetrics, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment
Ensure implementation of MSF clinical policies, tools, guidelines, and protocols to minimise clinical risk and extend best reproductive practices
Collect quantitative gynaecological data and use management tools to improve outcomes and share knowledge among field specialists
Plan and supervise human resources processes for gynaecological staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to enhance capabilities and influence preventive practices
Supervise maintenance and operation of gynaecological equipment, manage drug consumption, and ensure pharmacy stock levels are updated and available
Requirements:
Gynaecology specialist diploma
Minimum of two years certified work experience in gynaecology
Proficiency in the programme language
Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel)
Nice to have:
Previous experience with MSF or other NGOs in low- and middle- income countries
Proficiency in the local working language
Competencies in results orientation, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and stress management
