Job Responsibility

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define observability requirements and ensure alignment with service level objectives
Analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
Support incident and problem management processes by providing actionable insights and root cause analysis
Manage outsourcing services, including coordination with external vendors, performance monitoring, and ensuring SLA compliance
