Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend process improvements
  • Lead Blueprint sessions and workshops
  • Lead a Business Process track in a Business Transformation / Implementation project
  • Lead small to medium sized projects completely and deliver end-to-end solution to the clients
  • Help the client in Business Case preparation for initiating the project
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective tracks
  • Thorough knowledge of all process areas for atleast one domain
  • Thorough knowledge of complete life-cycle of SalesForce based solution
  • Drive the team in the Realization phase to complete design and development
  • Willingness to travel 80%-100% within the US.

Requirements:

  • 4 year Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
  • Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years
