Job Description:

Job Description: FULLTIME

Job Responsibility:

Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend process improvements
Lead Blueprint sessions and workshops
Lead a Business Process track in a Business Transformation / Implementation project
Lead small to medium sized projects completely and deliver end-to-end solution to the clients
Help the client in Business Case preparation for initiating the project
Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective tracks
Thorough knowledge of all process areas for atleast one domain
Thorough knowledge of complete life-cycle of SalesForce based solution
Drive the team in the Realization phase to complete design and development
Willingness to travel 80%-100% within the US.

Requirements:

4 year Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years
