Job Description:

OBGYN call coverage needed in North Carolina covering July 3rd through 6th, you don't need to be on-site for call but must respond within 30 minutes.

Job Responsibility:

  • All Call Coverage
  • Call, Nights & Weekends (1:3 call schedule)
  • Call Shared with providers
  • Not required to remain on-site during call, must respond within 30 minutes
  • Total inpatient census/day: 6 with 2-3 OB checks/day
  • # of Surgical cases/mo. (14)
  • 30-40 deliveries per month
  • No ICU/Critical Care Procedures, Do Not Run Codes
  • Procedures include C-section, hysterectomies, circumcision, pp tubal, vaginal deliveries, D&C & laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy

Requirements:

  • NC license
  • DEA
  • BLS
  • NRP
