Job Description

Join Our Team as an OB/GYN Physician! We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician to join our healthcare team at a Level 1 trauma center. You will be working in a dynamic environment, offering comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care. This is a locum tenens position with a flexible schedule, allowing for a great work-life balance. The clinic is committed to providing quality care to a diverse patient population.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology
  • Perform routine and complicated deliveries
  • Conduct office and minor gynecology procedures
  • Engage in surgical gynecology, including operative and major surgeries
  • Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and conduct OB ultrasounds
  • Manage both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Fellowship completion is preferred
  • Proficiency in a variety of OB/GYN procedures
  • Laser certification preferred
  • Expertise in the management of pregnancies and deliveries
  • Skilled in both routine and surgical gynecology
  • Ability to perform office procedures such as IUD insertion, cystoscopy, and colposcopy
  • Proficient in performing and interpreting OB ultrasounds
  • Strong decision-making skills for C-sections and other complicated deliveries

  • Fellowship completion is preferred
  • Laser certification preferred
