O9 Solution Architect / Sr. Solution Architect

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the o9 platform
• Configure the o9 platform to design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the implementation and integration of the o9 platform with existing systems
• Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure the o9 platform operates efficiently
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and best practices for the o9 platform
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new features of the o9 platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a o9 Solution Architect / Sr. Solution Architect with hands-on configuration experience on the o9 platform
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and other relevant areas
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively

Certification in o9 platform configuration or related areas is a plus
