Job Description:

We are looking for an O2C Process & Documentation Specialist to support the structuring, documentation, and centralization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This role will focus on organizing process knowledge, enhancing documentation standards, and building a user-friendly knowledge library to support business and training needs. The ideal candidate combines strong O2C expertise with advanced SharePoint capabilities and a structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, update, and standardize documentation for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Organize and maintain a centralized knowledge repository using SharePoint
  • Structure process and training materials in a clear, accessible, and user-friendly format
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation and process guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine process content
  • Support the creation of training materials and user guidance documentation
  • Continuously improve document management practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within a financial or shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial operations and process flows
  • Proven experience with SharePoint (site creation, administration, document structuring)
  • Experience building and managing knowledge libraries or documentation repositories
  • Advanced document management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation
  • Experience supporting training materials or knowledge transfer initiatives is a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
