• issuing and delivering invoices to the customers
• uploading invoices into client platforms
• reviewing and solving customer requests or complaints
• managing and solving incidences related to the invoices accounting entries
• reconciliation between operational & financial systems

• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• proficient in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• experience in a similar position, carrying out administrative, and accounting tasks
• good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• dynamic, autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• teamwork, initiative & problem-solving attitude
• good communication skills and customer service minded
