Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NVH Test Engineer who can hit the ground running from day one. This role focuses on vehicle-level NVH testing activities, particularly involving powertrain components. The first projects will include AC compressors and motor drive units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, execute, and analyze NVH tests at the vehicle level, focusing on powertrain systems
  • Perform data acquisition and processing using accelerometers, microphones, and other instrumentation
  • Utilize LMS Test Lab or Artemis software for NVH measurements and analysis
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for NVH-related issues
  • Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to recommend improvements based on NVH results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in NVH testing and analysis at the vehicle or powertrain level
  • Hands-on experience with accelerometers, microphones, and NVH instrumentation
  • Proficiency in LMS Test Lab or Artemis software
  • Strong skills in data processing and interpretation
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading NVH testing teams or projects
  • Familiarity with electric vehicle powertrain components
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
