Responsible for the analysis of electromagnetic vibration, mechanical vibration and order noise principle of the motor, and issue an analysis report for common and characteristic problems. Responsible for NVH predictive analysis and noise reduction scheme in the early stage of motor development, and undertake motor NVH related technology research; Responsible for personnel training, etc.

Familiar with harmonic calculation, electromagnetic vibration analysis and corresponding NVH order calculation method of permanent magnet synchronous motor
In the motor design stage, it could accurately predict the noise order that may be generated by different motors, and has effective avoidance measures
Familiar with the microscopic vibration mechanism of the motor, and understand the correspondence and calculation derivation method of the electromagnetic force-vibration-noise of the motor in principle
Organize the motor electromagnetic vibration simulation report and initiate the motor electromagnetic vibration scheme review meeting
Communicate with customers about the electromagnetic vibration characteristics of the motor, and optimize or change the design of the electromagnetic vibration scheme according to customer needs
Able to use relevant software for system analysis and stiffness check of related parts and assemblies
Motor system modality, response, NVH simulation
Confirm the prototype test items and methods with customers or test engineers
Compare and analyze the actual test data and simulation data of the prototype, and optimize or improve the design
According to market feedback, solve the problems related to the noise reduction characteristics of the motor in the mass-produced products, and design the cost reduction of the mass-produced products according to market demand
Simulate motor modes, vibration and noise, compare with test results, and then cooperate with electromagnetic simulation and R&D mechanical engineers to optimize motor performance
Disassemble, map, model and analyze foreign advanced motors, learn their advanced technology and innovate their applications

Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than three years of experience in motor electromagnetic design or motor mode, vibration, and noise simulation
