Job Description

Are you tired of the "one size fits all" pressure of mainstream education? If you're a QTS holder who feels more like an administrator than an educator, it's time for a change. In our brand-new Chaldon school, we swap rigid behaviour policies for empathy and nurture. With small class sizes and a supernumerary support team, you can finally focus on the why of teaching: the students. Why This Role is Different: We don't believe in "one size fits all." Our students follow a broad, exciting curriculum tailored to their specific passions and interests.
