If you're a QTS holder who feels more like an administrator than an educator, it's time for a change. In our brand-new Chaldon school, we swap rigid behaviour policies for empathy and nurture. With small class sizes and a supernumerary support team, you can finally focus on the why of teaching: the students. We don't believe in 'one size fits all.' Our students follow a broad, exciting curriculum tailored to their specific passions and interests. You won't be doing this alone; you will work within a model of small class sizes and high levels of classroom support, backed by a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team. The Essentials: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Hours: 40 hours per week (8:15 am start; finish times vary between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm). Flexibility: While based in Chaldon, you may occasionally support our satellite site in nearby Caterham. Ready to start a new journey?
