We have recently opened a brand-new SEND Secondary School dedicated to supporting young people (aged 11-16) with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Nurture Teacher who thrives in a non-confrontational, high-support environment and wants to be a founding member of a school community that truly puts the student first. You won't be doing this alone; you will work within a model of small class sizes and high levels of classroom support, backed by a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team.
