In large mainstream schools, students with complex needs often get lost in the noise. In our brand-new specialist setting, we've removed the noise. We are looking for a Nurture Teacher who believes that a child must feel safe before they can learn. What makes us different: Human-First Teaching: We operate on a non-confrontational model.
