We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Specialist to join our team in a cutting-edge AI agent project. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your nursing expertise to improve, review, and contribute to the training of advanced AI models that support healthcare solutions globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes
  • Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development
  • Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy
  • Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards
  • Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with demonstrated clinical experience
  • Expertise in patient care, health assessment, and nursing protocols
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, collaborative digital environment
  • Aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing complex medical information
  • Proficiency with digital tools and commitment to data confidentiality
  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare data annotation or AI/ML projects
  • Background in training or clinical education roles
