Job Description

As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years' RN management experience is required for this role
  • RN licensed
  • Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job
