Receptionist Opportunity (40hr Dual-Site Initial, Transitioning to 20hr Single-Site) – Carrick-on-Suir Nursing Homes. An Exciting Time to Join Us: Ethos Care is growing! Following our recent acquisition of Sonas Nursing Homes, we’re expanding our Nursing Home teams in Carrick on Suir, Tipperary. Join our caring team at our nursing homes in Carrick-on-Suir! We're seeking a friendly Receptionist for an exciting role that begins full-time (40 hours/week) across two local sites, transitioning to part-time (20 hours/week) at one home after the initial period.

Job Responsibility:

Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly while ensuring infection control (e.g., PPE checks)
Manage switchboard, emails, and admin tasks like filing admissions/discharges
Support nursing staff with queries
Maintain a tidy reception area

Requirements:

Admin/reception experience, ideally in healthcare
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication
Empathetic
Organised
Garda-vetted
