As Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, driving a positive culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and resident wellbeing. Alongside maintaining excellent care standards, you will oversee financial performance, workforce planning, recruitment and quality assurance, whilst building strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners and external professionals.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
RGN or RMN with an active pin
Previous management of an elderly care home
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection outcomes
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care whilst developing and empowering staff
