Job Description

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an ambitious and expanding elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Registered Home Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established care home that forms part of a growing care home group with exciting long-term plans for expansion. The organisation has invested heavily in its leadership structure and is committed to developing high-quality services whilst creating genuine career progression opportunities for its senior leaders. As Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, driving a positive culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and resident wellbeing. Alongside maintaining excellent care standards, you will oversee financial performance, workforce planning, recruitment and quality assurance, whilst building strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners and external professionals.

Job Responsibility

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, driving a positive culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and resident wellbeing
  • Oversee financial performance, workforce planning, recruitment and quality assurance
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners and external professionals

Requirements

  • RGN or RMN with an active pin
  • Previous management of an elderly care home
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection outcomes
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care whilst developing and empowering staff
