The focus is on providing safe, high-quality care to residents, being a proactive and inspiring leader, and developing relationships with stakeholders. Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active pin
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and evidence of previous successful inspections
  • Ability to motivate, collaborate with and develop a staffing team
  • Experience within a nursing home setting
  • Understanding of how to proactively manage a wide staffing team
  • Strong leader who can build credibility with staff and create a culture of support
  • Confident in building relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
  • A commercial acumen
