Job Responsibility:
Lead with empathy, integrity and approachability

Be confident in managing compliance, performance and budgets
Build trusted relationships with residents, relatives and external professionals
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high clinical standards, regulatory compliance and financial stability
Nurturing a positive, inclusive culture where staff feel supported, residents feel at home, and families feel listened to
Work closely with senior leadership within the group, contributing ideas, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the strong sense of community
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
Demonstrable leadership and team development experience
Financial awareness and experience managing home performance
Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential
A positive, hands-on leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture
