Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, family-run care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a medium-sized nursing home in Sittingbourne, Kent. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
  • Demonstrable leadership and team development experience
  • Financial awareness and experience managing home performance
  • Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential
  • A positive, hands-on leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture
