Nursing Home Manager

• Work closely with senior leadership within the group, contributing ideas, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the strong sense of community

• Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Demonstrable leadership and team development experience
• Financial awareness and experience managing home performance
• Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential
• A positive, hands-on leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture
