Nursing Clerk

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy
• Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining an organized and efficient reception area
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and updating records in a timely manner
• Coordinate scheduling activities, including arranging appointments and confirming details as needed
• Handle email and other communications clearly and promptly to support patients, staff, and operational needs
• Assist with general office duties and provide clerical support across the team based on daily priorities
• Enter and track service-related information with attention to detail using standard office systems and tools

• High school diploma required
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
• Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, reception, call center support, or a similar administrative role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient, courteous, and service-oriented approach
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and general data entry tasks
• Ability to answer inbound calls, support outbound communication, and assist with appointment scheduling

Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred
