We're looking for adynamic Nursing Associate to join us in Helena Specialist Nursing Team at Ryegate House inSheffield. About Our Service The Helena Specialist Nursing Team provides care to children and young people in community settings such as patient homes and schools. Ryegate House is a six-bedded facility providing 24-hour nursing care and short breaks for children and young people (0-19 years) with complex neurological health conditions. As part of the Team, you'll provide personalized, high-quality care in homes, schools, and our facility, offeringsafe and nurturing respite for families. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your specialized skills in areas such as tracheostomy and ventilation while gaining teaching experience within community settings and the organization. You'll support daily line management, provide compassionate care to palliative patients and their families and contribute to service growth. Additionally, you'll become an expert in areas such as sepsis, infection control, and tissue viability. The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses, working within the sphere of nursing care and within all aspects of the nursing process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Training Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
  • Current registration with NMC
