Job Description

Join our team as a Nursery Room Leader to lead with passion, inspire young minds, and make a lasting difference in children’s lives. You will guide and support our team in providing outstanding care and education, mentor, nurture, and create a positive impact for children, families, and colleagues.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and mentoring the team to provide high-quality early years education with passion and energy
  • Supporting the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth nursery operations and consistent quality
  • Acting as a role model by promoting initiative, creativity, and high standards of care
  • Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to support the best outcomes for children
  • Overseeing the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging learning opportunities
  • Taking charge of nursery operations in the Nursery Manager’s absence
  • Encouraging continuous improvement through feedback and supporting professional development
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets each child’s needs

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
