With our friendly team and small room sizes we can offer exciting experiences every day. Located in a beautiful setting close to Winchester and Andover, our little RAFAKidz family are always busy with trips out, picnics, parties and outdoor learning. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • To manage the day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of your room
  • Support the development of good practice with regards to special needs and inclusion
  • Implement and support others in delivering, the EYFS in line with current practice and guidelines
  • To ensure effective staff deployment in your designated room to support staff deployment across the nursery
  • In conjunction with the senior management team identify and address individual training needs of playroom staff
  • Provide leadership and support to room staff to enable them to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the Key Worker procedures and allocate children to key workers appropriately
