Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Act as a key person for a group of children, monitoring their progress and maintaining accurate developmental records
Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to provide updates on their child's journey
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety are maintained at all times
Provide guidance and act as a positive role model for support staff and trainees

Requirements:

Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
A genuine love for Early Years education and a commitment to high-quality care
Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong 'team player' mentality
