Job Description:

We are a friendly and supportive early years setting based in Balcombe. Our team is dedicated to providing a caring and stimulating environment where young children can grow, explore, and develop a lasting enthusiasm for learning. We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a permanent role and is open to both qualified and unqualified candidates who are eager to make a difference in young children's lives.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assisting with daily routines and planning age-appropriate activities

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and develop within the role
Relevant childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
