Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Join our enthusiastic team of Teaching Assistants working across Primary Schools and SEN settings in the Bridgewater (Bristol) area, and nursery settings in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in diverse educational environments while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively
Helping pupils thrive through guided learning and development activities
Monitoring student progress and sharing insights with teaching staff
Keeping classrooms organised and well-resourced for learning
Creating safe, engaging spaces for children
Supporting learning through play and care
Collaborating with staff and families
Adapting quickly to new teams and routines

Requirements:

Experience in early years or nursery settings
A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
Passion for child development and inclusive education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Level 3 Qualification

Nice to have:

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning
