Job Description:

We offer a truly unique, home-from-home environment in a beautiful Swedish-built log cabin, embracing the Hygge approach to early years education—warm, calm, and centred around wellbeing. We prioritise outdoor learning, providing multiple outdoor spaces where children can explore and connect with nature. From den building and pond dipping to storytelling around the fire pit, our days are full of adventure and discovery.

Job Responsibility:

Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
A key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn

Requirements:

Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
A true love for child development and care
Able and willing to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
