Job Responsibility:
Be a key person supporting children’s learning and development
Build strong partnerships with families
Maintain the highest standards of care and safety
Communicate confidently with colleagues, parents and professionals
Requirements:
Level 3 Practitioner qualification
Solid nursery experience
Strong EYFS knowledge
Warm, nurturing approach
Solid understanding of child development, safeguarding and inclusive practice
Adaptable, proactive team player
