Early Years Practitioner | Outstanding Specialist Setting | Lancing. Join an 'Outstanding' team where your expertise truly changes lives. We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join an inclusive nursery school in Lancing. This is a unique opportunity to work within a setting featuring an on-site Speech and Language Support Centre, providing a specialized environment where every child is treated as an individual.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a group, planning and recording progress for your assigned children
Create "fascinating environments" that spark curiosity
Liaise with parents and health professionals to support additional needs

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Required)
A passion for inclusive childcare and SEND support
Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
